Cobra Golf has unveiled their line of new F8 clubs for 2018. Seeking to offer improvements for all areas of the game, Cobra will be releasing new drivers, fairway woods, and hybrids under the F8 model.
Drivers
The biggest update from the F7 to the F8 driver is the first 100% CNC milled face found on any driver in the industry. This innovation makes for a level or precision that makes the club face 3% lighter and 11% thinner. The clubs also see the introduction of new areodynamic technology on the crown called Aero Trips, imitating similar features used by Ping and Callaway. Take a look at the new drivers below:
Fairway Woods & Hybrids
The fairway woods and hybrids also feature several reconfigurations. The F8 and F8+ fairways will feature carbon fiber crowns and updated sole rails. The F8 hybrid will be available in One Length to match the F8 irons. The hybrid features reconfigured sole rails as well.
All of the clubs will be available at retail on February 2, 2018. The drivers start at $399, while the fairway woods and hybrids retail for $249 and $199 respectively. You can learn more about these new models at Cobragolf.com.
While the clubs won’t be on the market for a couple of months, there has been an early look at them in competitive play. Rickie Fowler debuted the F8 + models at the Hero World Challenge this weekend.
